What kind of "race" are we in?
This is a "green battlefield" without the smoke of gunpowder, and as participants in the packaging industry, we are all driven to participate.
The tightening of policies around the world, such as plastic taxes, mandatory recycling rates, and extended producer responsibility systems, is driving change through policies and regulations.
As environmental awareness becomes more deeply ingrained, more consumers are willing to pay for environmentally friendly products. How to gain consumer choice is a question we constantly explore.
Furthermore, the entire supply chain, from raw material suppliers to processing plants, traders, and brand owners, is exploring truly viable green paths. We must not only hold other partners in the supply chain to high standards, but we must also raise our own standards to meet the high standards imposed by both industry players and those outside the industry.
At the heart of this competition lies the challenge of solving the classic industry challenge of "easy recycling and circularity."

Key Steps in Producing Custom Delivery Labels
For us, producing logistics delivery labels is a systematic process, consisting of three main steps: design → production → application. Don't worry, it's not as complicated as you think!
Step 1: Design and Planning
Before formal custom production begins, you must first select the required materials: backing paper, face paper, and glue.
Glassine is our commonly used backing paper material, available in white, yellow, and blue. Of course, if you have special requirements, please let us know.
Thermal paper is the most economical and common face paper option. It doesn't require ribbon and prints quickly. It's suitable for indoor environments, short-distance shipments, and packages that require short storage periods. But please note! It's sensitive to heat, friction, and chemicals, so if you need strong protection, you can add a specific coating.
If you need to print variable data like QR codes and serial numbers, or require extreme durability, you can choose a combination of coated paper and carbon ribbon. This provides stronger text and images, and is scratch-resistant and alcohol-resistant. It's an ideal choice for high-end logistics and labels that require long-term storage.
Synthetic paper/PET materials are used when extreme tear resistance, water resistance, oil resistance, and extreme environmental resistance are required. While more expensive, they ensure your labels remain legible even in harsh conditions.
If you have specific adhesive requirements, please share them with your business consultant, and we'll do our best to meet them.
Our design team will also assist you in ensuring that label size, barcode accuracy, and information layout meet the stringent requirements of your logistics provider.

Step 2: Production and Processing
This is our comfort zone and the core of how we create value for you. We offer a variety of solutions tailored to your business volume.
If your logo or fixed-format text remains unchanged for a long time, we can pre-print it in large quantities. This saves you significant printing time and consumables costs, as you only need to print the reserved variable information area later.
We also provide pre-cut, high-quality thermal or coated paper rolls and sheets, ensuring compatibility with your desktop printer or industrial printing equipment. As a long-established label manufacturer, we understand the frustrations of paper jams and unclear printouts.
We also offer pre-cutting of labels into any desired shape and size for easy, ready-to-use applications. For high-volume label applications, we can also pre-cut excess scrap, ensuring you receive ready-to-apply labels, significantly improving packaging efficiency.
Our logistics labels are available in rolls and fanfolds. You can choose the format that best suits your needs and apply them directly to your automatic labeling machine, achieving fully automated packaging lines with exceptional speed!

Step 3: Printing and Application
In this step, I'll provide some practical advice. If you have better ideas, we'll also be happy to discuss them in depth. I look forward to sharing your ideas!
First, choose the appropriate printing device based on your business volume. For example, if your business volume is relatively small, a desktop printer is more convenient. If you have a large daily shipping volume, such as a large e-commerce store, an industrial-grade printer offers faster printing speeds, greater stability, and the ability to operate continuously for extended periods.
After printing, please ensure that the barcode is clear and free of broken lines, and that the label is securely applied. If there are any quality issues, please contact us at any time for resolution.
