Thermal Paper Roll - Consistent Print Quality
The core technology of thermal paper lies in its special heat-sensitive coating and precise thermal energy response. It does not record through physical pressure or traditional ink, but uses heat-induced chemical changes to achieve imaging.

FAQ
Why do you emphasize BPA-Free?
BPA is a common developer found in low-end thermal paper. Long-term skin contact may disrupt the body’s endocrine system. Our product uses an environmentally friendly alternative developer, ensuring safety for cashiers and customers.
How long does the print on thermal paper last?
Standard: 2-3 years. Long-lasting: 5-10 years. Note: Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, or contact with oils for optimal preservation.
Why do some paper rolls appear yellowed or have an odor?
Yellowing is usually due to oxidation caused by the use of low-quality base paper or unstable chemical components. Our paper rolls use high-brightness wood pulp base paper, which is odorless and dust-free, ensuring clean printing.
How do I determine which coating I need?
General Retail: Single-layer waterproof standard paper is recommended. Food Service/Kitchen: “Three-proof” paper (waterproof, oil-proof, alcohol-proof) is strongly recommended to prevent the print from becoming blurred due to oil fumes or water stains.
Will your paper rolls damage your printer?
No. Our paper has an ultra-smooth coating that produces very little dust, effectively reducing printhead wear and extending the life of your equipment.
Troubleshooting Guide
No text printed
Incorrect paper orientation: Thermal paper only prints on one side. Try flipping the paper roll and reinstalling it.
Faint/Blurry text
Density setting too low: Increase the printer’s density setting; or clean dust from the print head.
Incomplete printing/white lines
Dirty/damaged print head: Clean the print head’s thermal pad with an alcohol swab; if ineffective, it indicates hardware aging.
Paper turning black
Overheating: Ambient temperature too high or paper roll near a heat source; store in a cool place below 25°C.
Text disappearing quickly
Incorrect environment/model selection: Keep away from alcohol, grease, and strong light; for long-term storage, use “long-life/three-proof” paper.
Difficult to tear paper
Incorrect tearing method: Ensure you tear quickly along the printer’s cutting direction; check for residual glue on the cutter.
Frequent paper jams
Incompatible specifications: Check if the paper roll is too large or the core is deformed; ensure the paper roll is neatly placed into the paper tray.
